Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tempo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Pro Plans

• Tempo offers optional Pro plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime) that unlock additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in App Store Settings → Subscriptions.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or any part of it.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Tempo are the property of the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ambient sound recordings bundled with the Pro plan are licensed under Creative Commons or Public Domain terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
