How do I restore my Pro purchase after reinstalling?
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it doesn't work, contact us.
What's the difference between the monthly, annual, and lifetime plans?
All three plans unlock the same Pro features. Monthly ($4.99/mo) and Annual ($39.99/yr) are auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime ($59.99) is a one-time purchase with no expiry and no recurring charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tempo, then tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Does Tempo sync across my devices?
Yes — Pro subscribers can enable iCloud Sync in Settings → iCloud Sync. Your session history will then sync across all your Apple devices using your iCloud account.
Why is the sound not playing during a session?
Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode (check the physical mute switch on iPhone). Also verify that the volume is turned up inside the app. Some sounds are Pro-only — upgrade to access the full library.
Does Tempo work with Focus Mode on iOS?
Yes. You can configure iOS Focus Mode to allow Tempo notifications so they still come through during a focused session. Go to iOS Settings → Focus → [Your Focus Mode] → Allowed Notifications → Apps and add Tempo.
The widget is not showing on my Home Screen. What should I do?
Long-press your Home Screen, tap "+" in the top-left, search for "Tempo", and add the widget. If Tempo doesn't appear, try restarting your device. Make sure you're running iOS 16 or later.
Can I use Tempo with Siri?
Yes. Say "Hey Siri, start a 25-minute focus session in Tempo" or add the Siri Shortcut from Settings → Siri Shortcuts in the app.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to submit a refund request.
