Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
• We do not use advertising IDs or fingerprinting.
• We do not integrate any third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Tempo stores the following data only on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults / App Groups):

• Focus session history (date, duration, completion status)
• Your selected sound preference and volume
• Daily focus goal and streak data
• Session reflections and notes
• Achievement progress
• Subscription status (verified locally via StoreKit)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. If you enable iCloud Sync (Pro feature), data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID — we have no access to it.

In-App Purchases

Tempo offers optional Pro plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Your subscription status is verified locally using Apple's StoreKit 2 framework.

Third-Party Services

Tempo does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect data. The only external service involved is the Apple App Store for in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Tempo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
